Patient Revenue Officer Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely and accurate receipting of payments.
  • Reconcile payments with reports from various sources.
  • Process electronic and manual receipting of transactions.
  • Process credit card refunds and record direct deposit refunds.
  • Follow up on unallocated bank deposits.
  • Run patient unallocated report and action as required.

  • Strong computer skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A good phone manner.
  • A self-motivated and self-directed ability.
  • A belief in patient-centred care.
  • A commitment to providing a safe environment for patients and colleagues.
