Core Responsibilities:

  • Lead team activities, manage workloads and priorities
  • Oversight of documentation and fee collection processes
  • Support the development of continuous improvement initiatives aligned with strategic revenue goals
  • Ensure patients, families, and staff receive high-quality service and accurate information regarding health insurance and compensation schemes

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Provide operational leadership, supervision, and coordination of daily activities across teams
  • Act as the initial point of escalation for queries, urgent operational matters, and system-based issues
  • Oversee informed financial consent, accurate patient quotations, and timely collection of upfront fees for all private and compensable patient classifications
  • Monitor integrity of patient data and classifications, escalating discrepancies and ensuring appropriate capture and processing of billing information
