About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Coder with a strong background in coding for inpatient settings. As a Clinical Data Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately coding patient diagnoses and procedures, using your knowledge of medical terminology and coding guidelines to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coding patient diagnoses and procedures using ICD-10 and other relevant classification systems
  • Ensuring accurate and consistent coding practices across all patient encounters
  • Collaborating with clinical teams to resolve coding queries and improve data quality
Requirements
  • Two or more years of experience coding in an inpatient setting
  • Current eligibility to work in Australia
  • A drive to continuously learn and improve coding skills
