Customer Experience Specialist

About the Role

As a key member of a highly effective autonomous team, you will work closely with colleagues to identify opportunities and highlight inefficiencies to improve the customer experience. This requires strong collaboration and teamwork skills, including the ability to actively listen, problem solve, and provide outstanding service to customers.

Responsibilities
  • Credit solution activities, including de-energisation assessments, re-energisation enquires, payments and hardship, bankruptcy and insolvency, default disputes, credit complaints, and collections case management.
  • Providing continuous feedback on opportunities to improve the customer experience.
  • Collaboration with colleagues to identify and address inefficiencies.
