About the Role

As a sales support officer, you will be responsible for maximising customer satisfaction through effective relationship building, customer service and sales support within a team environment. You will work closely with colleagues to identify opportunities to improve customer experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and provide timely updates to customers as required
  • Input customer orders/invoices and claims into our database system ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Respond to client queries via phone, email and chat channels in a professional and courteous manner
  • Promote products and services to meet customer needs and exceed expectations
Qualifications and Skills
  • A minimum of 1 year experience in a customer-facing role is required
  • Familiarity with IT hardware, software licensing and cloud solutions is highly desirable
  • Knowledge of selling products such as HP, Lenovo, IBM and Microsoft would be an advantage
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential
  • The ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines is crucial
