Key Account Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers.

  • Develop a thorough understanding of the customer's needs and preferences to effectively communicate the value proposition of Infoxchange products.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty through tailored account plans and strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Act as a point of escalation contact for customers regarding contractual performance obligations and provide timely resolutions to issues.
  • Identify and capture customer success stories that reflect Infoxchange's value proposition in collaboration with the Marketing team.
Requirements
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Ability to analyze complex customer needs and develop effective solutions to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to proactively identify and resolve customer issues.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of the industry trends and developments to stay ahead of the competition.
