Service Delivery Professional
About the Role:This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include stakeholder engagement, project oversight, and coordination of internal teams to achieve performance objectives and enhance processes.
The ideal candidate will possess expertise in managing services for large commercial clients, with a proven track record in client relationship building, contract management, SLA reporting, and problem-solving.
Responsibilities will encompass:
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners to ensure high levels of satisfaction across both pre-sales and post-sales engagements.
- Cultivating collaborative working relationships with CDC teams to enhance service delivery.
- Contribution to successful contract execution by consistently meeting defined KPIs.
- Production of client reports in alignment with contractual obligations.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

Australian Citizenship is required with the ability to obtain and maintain a NV1 Security Clearance.
