
Customer Satisfaction Officer

This is an exciting opportunity to work at Australia’s leading data centres. As a Service Delivery Specialist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth onboarding, project delivery, and overall customer satisfaction.
- You’ll be the main point of contact between internal teams and external stakeholders, helping coordinate efforts, manage expectations, and drive performance outcomes.
- Build and manage strong relationships with customers, partners, and on-site teams to support both pre- and post-sales activities.
- Act as a key point of contact for client queries, ensuring timely responses and coordination of project quotes and proposals.
- Support contract delivery by meeting required KPIs and aligning with commercial expectations.
Key skills and qualifications for this role include:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work through ambiguity, managing competing priorities, and keeping things on track.
- Proactive mindset and enjoyment of working with documentation and process-driven tasks.
