Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Client Services Leader to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the drive to meet deadlines.

The role involves fostering strong client relationships, managing client communications, and overseeing database management, including onboarding new clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Fostering strong client relationships
  • Proactively managing client relations and communications
  • Database management, including onboarding new clients
  • Managing Due Dates, Tax Return & BAS lodgements and ATO correspondence
  • Overseeing HR processes
  • Actively monitoring compliance deadlines to ensure timely lodgements and payments
Requirements

The ideal candidate possesses experience in a similar role within an Accounting, Legal or Professional Services environment.

Essential skills and qualifications include:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Drive to meet deadlines
  • High-level knowledge of general administration and customer service protocols
  • Proficiency in Microsoft packages
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new systems
