We've teamed up once again, and this time around we're helping them find a GM, of their Commercial business unit to lead, champion and evolve their Client Services team and grow their agency presence + partnerships nationally.

**And this role?**

As the GM of Client Services, you'll play an instrumental role in leading Alpha's Client Services team, and you'll be at the helm of ensuring the agency is delivering top-notch work to the brands they're partnered with. You'll also play a key role in helping drive Alpha's expansion into new and existing markets. You'll further develop inroads that have been made in Victoria and New South Wales, and double down on opportunities for growth in Queensland.

You'll refine and improve the entire Client Services offering for the agency + you'll also play a role in identifying target industries and clients, working closely with Alpha's exceptional client stakeholders and executive leadership team to cultivate an attractive brand proposition that enables the agency to continue to provide A class service to their current partners + secure aspirational work. You'll walk into a business where success has been as constant as their desire to level up. And you'll play a key role in future proofing this success and growth to compliment their already exceptional growth trajectory.

That's why we're looking for a leader who is incredibly well-networked in the agency market, is client obsessed and has an eye for capturing the hearts + business of some big and beautiful clients and partners, and can confidently put new strategies in place to ensure future success and optimal growth for the Client Services team and for the agency as a whole. For starters, you're a natural leader, you're ambitious, you're a people person who is values-driven and genuine to your core, and naturally, you're an excellent communicator. We'd also like to think you're someone who has spent a good chunk of your career to date in agency land, you're pretty bloody familiar with it by now, and you feel a natural excitement and readiness to champion a role like this yourself

As you can probably tell, you'll need to be someone who is well connected in the national digital community, is confident in marketing and pitching to big clients and you know how to 'talk the talk' when it comes to tackling client challenges for your team + creating successful digital strategies. You get your kicks from spending your time meeting people, connecting with key players/ brands/ partners in the market and adding value to them with the support of an incredibly talented team of specialists that will be surrounding you.
