Key responsibilities include performing front of house services to a high standard, greeting clients and creating memorable experiences with a warm professional disposition.

Responsibilities also include liaising with various teams to ensure the room booking system and client floor run smoothly, answering phone calls and managing the reception mailbox, and assisting the travel team with travel support tasks.

These tasks involve monitoring the travel inbox, arranging day-to-day travel, facilitating domestic point-to-point, long stays, group stays and international travel as needed.

Required skills and qualifications for this role include previous corporate service-related experience, with previous experience in travel management being preferable but not essential.

The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be able to effectively manage conflict and conflicting priorities, and be proficient in a range of information technology tools and platforms such as Microsoft packages and in-house reception databases.
