You will have the chance to work across various corporate service activities, including human resource, financial, and facilities management. You may also focus on a specific corporate services function.

About the Role

As a member of our team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Contributing to the day-to-day management support staff within the school, including identifying corporate service issues, coordinating recruitment and selection, induction and training of support staff, and providing Injury Management support when necessary.
  • Interpreting departmental and school policies, guidelines, and ensuring legislative and procedural requirements are met.
  • Assisting in workforce planning, including maintaining accurate records, tracking staff data, monitoring staff replacement, and ensuring compliance training is valid and current.
  • Developing and tracking Blue Card processes, managing Accumulated Days Off (ADO) arrangements, assisting with timesheet recording, and providing advice on leave entitlements.
  • Organising and managing supply and contract placements for teaching and support staff under the direction of the Business Manager.
  • Providing financial administrative activities and operations, including data entry, maintenance of financial registers, computing, and clerical support, in accordance with legislative, policy, and procedural requirements.
