We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Food and Beverage Service Professional.
This is a casual seasonal position that involves working in a fast-paced environment, delivering meals and drinks to up to 900 guests during live shows.
Daily Tasks:
- Welcoming and engaging with guests from diverse backgrounds.
- Delivering meals and drinks in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining awareness of dietary requirements.
- Preparing and serving a range of drinks at the bar.
- Setting up and packing down the venue.
- Operating the point of sale system via cash register with accurate cash handling.
Maintenance of high standards of food safety and workplace hygiene is essential for this role.

Requirements:
- A valid Queensland Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate.
- Full availability to work night shifts from Tuesday to Saturday nights as well as Sunday day shifts as required.
- Reliable transport as shifts are outside public transport hours.
- A positive attitude with exceptional customer service focus and communication skills.
