Food and Beverage Service Professional

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Service Professional to provide exceptional service to our guests in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests
  • Set tables according to type of event and service standards
  • Answer questions on menu selections and communicate with the kitchen regarding menu questions and product availability
  • Maintain cleanliness of work areas, china, glass, etc., throughout the day
  • Complete closing duties, including restocking items, turning off lights, etc.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in food & beverage service, ideally in a hotel environment
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays
  • Positive attitude and ability to build positive relationships with guests and team members
