Food and Beverage Service Professional

We are currently seeking experienced and enthusiastic food and beverage professionals to join our dynamic team in a casual capacity across various locations.
Candidates will have the opportunity to create memorable guest experiences in fast-paced environments, working closely with colleagues to provide exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide attentive service and manage food and beverage orders efficiently.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of menus and specials to effectively promote them.
- Maintain stock levels for each shift and ensure smooth restaurant, bar, and event space operations.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across all areas.
- Responsibly serve alcohol and adhere to food safety guidelines at all times.
- Current Queensland Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate is mandatory.
- Candidates must be able to thrive in high-energy, high-volume environments.
- Previous experience in cocktails, à la carte dining, or events is highly desirable.
- Flexible scheduling is essential, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
