**Job Title:** Food and Beverage Service Expert

Are you a professional with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? We are seeking a highly skilled Food and Beverage Service Expert to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food and beverage service, with the ability to provide expert recommendations and assist guests with menu choices. A positive attitude, high energy levels, and a commitment to ensuring guest satisfaction are essential for this role.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional service to all guests
  • Meeting and connecting with guests to build relationships
  • Assisting with menu recommendations and dietary requirements
  • Maintaining stock levels and cleanliness of service areas
  • Using Point of Sale system and following safety and WHS practices

**Requirements:*

  • Previous experience in food and beverage service, ideally in a hotel environment
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol Competency Card (RSA)
  • A positive attitude and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced environment
