We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Service Professional to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis.
About You
You're a food and beverage enthusiast who enjoys delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our team, you'll get to build your experience by interacting with guests from diverse backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure efficient and professional service is provided to all guests
- Welcome and serve guests in a friendly and courteous manner
- Be knowledgeable about the establishment and provide an exceptional customer experience
- Engage with guests and exceed their expectations
- Assist guests with menu selections and recommendations
- Ensure accuracy with requests and orders
- Utilize point-of-sale systems
- Restock supplies as needed
- Maintain clean and safe work areas
- Adhere to safety protocols and promote a positive work environment
- Previous experience in food and beverage service is essential
- A Responsible Service of Alcohol Competency Card (RSA) is required
- A positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are necessary
- Barista skills are advantageous
- Beverage knowledge is desirable
- Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays, is essential
