Key Responsibilities- Strategic Alignment: Serve as the senior IT entry point to the business, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders and partnering closely with business leaders to understand and represent their interests.
- IT Demand Management: Manage IT demand through intake, triage, and prioritization of requests, ensuring alignment with business value and challenging software requests to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Business Case Development: Conduct workshops and discussions to understand high-level business objectives and requirements, and partner with relevant business and IT stakeholders to provide input for business cases that clearly define value and total cost of ownership.
- IT Cost Optimization: Partner with relevant business and IT stakeholders to optimize IT spending and manage software costs effectively, and monitor changes in region-based IT cost drivers to maintain financial efficiency.
- Communication and Collaboration: Communicate IT plans and strategies to the wider business, ensuring transparency and alignment, and act as a communication interface in partnership with Organizational Change Management (OCM) and be a Change Champion and ambassador for IT functions.
- Vendor Management: Provide regional input for Enterprise Vendor Management, ensuring regional requirements and specifications are met, and translate IT vendor knowledge and understanding to assist the business in making informed decisions.
- Business Continuity Planning: Manage Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and audit responsibilities in partnership with relevant IT functions, ensuring robustness and compliance.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong understanding of IT services and deliveries, including infrastructure, software development lifecycle, and IT service management. You should have a proven track record in IT business relationship management or a similar role, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
You should also have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, and be proficient in IT planning, strategy communication, and performance management.
