Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Transformation Lead to drive change and communications for a large-scale cyber security program. This key role will focus on leading change adoption, uplifting cyber awareness, and translating complex technical information into clear, engaging content that resonates with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective change management strategies to maximize adoption and minimize resistance.
  • Design and execute comprehensive communications, engagement, and training plans to enhance cyber awareness and support digital transformation.
  • Conduct thorough stakeholder and change impact assessments to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with project and business teams to embed change management principles into delivery.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to leaders to effectively support their teams through change.
  • Monitor and refine the effectiveness of change and communications initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this critical role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in change management, including communications and engagement.
  • A background in IT cyber security or compliance regulatory projects is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
  • A proactive and resilient approach to driving change.
