Transformation Lead

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies.
  • Facilitate training programs and support clinical teams through digital transformation.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure successful system integration.
  • Monitor adoption metrics and address resistance to change.
  • Create communication plans to engage all stakeholders throughout the implementation.

Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience in change management, preferably in healthcare settings.
  • Familiarity with working within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong understanding of digital health systems and patient record management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
