About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Lead to join our organisation. In this unique opportunity, you will drive meaningful change across project and business-as-usual streams.

As a senior member of our team, you will lead the development and delivery of digital transformation strategies that support our cyber security goals.

You will translate complex technical concepts into engaging communications, guide stakeholder engagement, and embed secure behaviours through targeted training and education.

Working closely with delivery teams, you will integrate digital transformation activities into project plans, assess impacts, and coach leaders to champion adoption.

You will also monitor effectiveness and adapt strategies to ensure lasting outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• To be successful, you will bring over five years' experience in digital transformation, ideally within IT, cyber security, or compliance-driven environments.\
• You will have strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences.\
