Enterprise Business Growth Specialist

We are a highly innovative and forward-thinking business renowned for developing revolutionary time-saving products for the building industry. As our new Business Development Manager, you will work closely with various trades, including general construction, plumbing, and electrical.

Key Responsibilities:- Develop new business opportunities within the construction market by identifying client needs and offering customised product solutions.
- Spend 3–4 days per week visiting Perth metro sites, building relationships with site managers, project managers, tradespeople, and architects.
- Assist in negotiating project deals and discount structures to win tenders, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
- Generate leads through strategic networking, cold calling, and account management, providing end-to-end sales solutions.
- Proven experience supplying to the construction industry, with a strong understanding of industry dynamics.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, allowing you to build rapport with key stakeholders and drive business growth.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, consistently meeting or exceeding client expectations.
- A team-focused mentality and a hunger to succeed in a dynamic business environment.
- A competitive base salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per annum.
