As a Graduate Management Trainee at Enterprise, you'll embark on an exciting journey where you'll learn valuable business skills from capable mentors who were once in your shoes. This allows everyone to learn our business from the ground up and understand how they play a significant role in seeing it succeed.

The programme is designed to develop your leadership skills and give you the opportunity to make a real impact. You'll gain responsibility for developing new business and maintaining current relationships. You'll be responsible for understanding cost control, reading your branch's P&L statement and understanding what it takes to run a profitable business.

You'll also learn how to deliver exceptional customer service and effectively communicate, influence, and interact with all types of customers, vendors, and colleagues. Our promote-from-within culture ensures that you'll have a well-rounded training experience and learn skills in management, finance, operations, sales, and customer service.

In just two years, you could become a Branch Manager, in charge of your own team and profits. Alternatively, you can explore other exciting options within Enterprise, including Human Resources, Accounting, Revenue Management, Sales, Marketing, and more.

About the Role

As a Graduate Management Trainee, you will be empowered to make business decisions that impact your career and the bottom line. You'll work closely with our team to develop new business and maintain existing relationships.

To be successful in this role, you should have strong communication and interpersonal skills. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a proven ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • A full manual UK or EU driving licence (or willingness to obtain).
  • No drug or alcohol-related offences on your driving record within the last five years.
