About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Account Director to join our Sales team in Australia. As an Account Director, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing our relationships with enterprise Out of Home (OOH) Media customers in Australia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and grow revenue with existing enterprise clients
  • Identify opportunities for customer growth through the use of Broadsign products and services
  • Conduct renegotiations and renewals to modify and/or expand client product offerings & contracts via mutually beneficial strategies
  • Maintain accurate data hygiene for all assigned accounts
  • Become a trusted and knowledgeable client partner with strong, dedicated knowledge of current client base
  • Develop and maintain trusted relationships that are shown through positively impacting client NPS
  • Manage complex stakeholder relationships with all levels from C-Suite to operational team
  • Represent Broadsign in industry events and conferences, furthering thought leadership and credibility through engagements
Requirements
  • 5+ years of account management or sales experience
  • Experience with solutions sales and long sales cycles and with working to a revenue target/carrying a quota
