Job Opportunity: CHSP Funding Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of CHSP Funding Administrator.

The successful candidate will be responsible for investigating and applying for additional grant opportunities within the disability and aged care sectors, coordinating home maintenance services, maintaining financial records, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care and support.

This is a part-time opportunity working 1 day per week, with negotiable hours. Occasional face-to-face meetings and onsite visits are also required.

Must have or be able to gain clearance through the NDIS Worker Screening Check, Police Check, Working with Children's Check, First Aid and CPR certification, and relevant worker orientation modules.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate and apply for grant funding opportunities within the disability and aged care sectors.
  • Coordinate home maintenance services to assist clients in maintaining their homes safely and habitably.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including performance reports and compliance documents.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care and support to clients.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience working in the disability and aged care sectors.
  • Certificate III or IV qualifications in Aged Care, Disability, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
