Process Transformation Lead

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead process transformation strategy for Enterprise and Business customers. The successful candidate will oversee large-scale process improvements using Lean Six Sigma and automation.

About You:

  • You have extensive experience in transformation, process design, and customer experience leadership with a proven impact across Business and Consumer and Enterprise environments.
  • You are a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (or Master Black Belt) with a track record in automation (RPA).
  • You have Australian Citizenship and the ability to attain AGSVA baseline clearance, NV1, and possess strong commercial acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shape and execute process transformation strategy for Enterprise and Business customers.
  • Deliver large-scale process improvements using Lean Six Sigma and automation.
  • Partner with senior leaders to eliminate friction and ensure seamless experiences.
  • Drive high-value initiatives and build trusted relationships across the business.
  • Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing team of process excellence professionals.

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership skills and the ability to influence at the highest levels.
  • Knowledge of ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 is desirable.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to balance business performance with customer-first outcomes.
