About the Role

We are seeking highly skilled and professional Administration Officers to join our team on a casual basis. As an Administration Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional reception and administrative services, ensuring compliance with relevant Medical Records standards, and developing and fostering a work culture promoting customer service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer patient management systems efficiently
  • Ensure accurate data entry and undertake various administrative tasks
  • Respond effectively to customer enquiries in a timely manner
  • Backfill duties including reception, theatre, and aged care as required
About You

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and non-verbal. You should also be a problem solver, adaptable to change, and have strong time management skills.
