About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and creative hands-on Chef to join our kitchen team to help drive and deliver a relaxed & casual dining experience based on the Northern Beaches. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity with an immediate start.

Key Responsibilities
• At least 2 years' experience managing kitchens
• Managing team roster and food costs
• Day to day operations of the kitchen
• Ability to lead, train, develop, and inspire your team instilling company values.
• Ability to create and deliver high-quality meals
• Good knowledge of breakfast and dinner menus
• A good team spirit, a positive attitude, and ability to work well under pressure
• Excellent communication (verbal & written) skills, organisational abilities, time, and resource management.
