The Role

We are seeking an exceptional Sous Chef to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for supporting the Head Chef in the preparation and presentation of our menu items. Your expertise and attention to detail will be essential in maintaining the high standards of our culinary offerings.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
  2. Supervise and coordinate the work of kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective service.
  3. Monitor inventory levels and manage food costs to maintain profitability.
  4. Develop and implement new recipes and menu items to enhance our culinary offerings.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a high-volume kitchen environment.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
