About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and creative Chef to join our kitchen team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving and delivering a relaxed and casual dining experience based on the Northern Beaches.

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity with an immediate start. You will work closely with our Executive team to evolve existing concepts and food offerings.

The role will challenge you to work with our team to meet financial objectives, manage people, and be organized and process-focused.

Responsibilities and Requirements
  1. At least 2 years' experience managing kitchens
  2. Managing team roster and food costs
  3. Day-to-day operations of the kitchen
  4. Ability to lead, train, develop, and inspire your team, instilling company values
  5. Ability to create and deliver high-quality meals
  6. Good knowledge of breakfast and dinner menus
  7. A good team spirit, a positive attitude, and ability to work well under pressure
  8. Excellent communication (verbal & written) skills, organizational abilities, time, and resource management
