Bacino Bar Curl Curl is a reputable hospitality establishment seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Executive Chef to oversee the preparation and presentation of our menu items. The successful candidate will have a strong background in kitchen management, menu planning, and staff supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Menu Planning and Development: Create and implement menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Kitchen Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of the kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.
  • Staff Supervision: Lead and motivate a team of chefs and kitchen staff to achieve exceptional results.
  • Food Safety and Quality Control: Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Inventory Management: Manage kitchen inventory and supplies to minimize waste and optimize resources.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring that all menu items are prepared and presented to the highest standards.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Diploma or higher in culinary arts or related field.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and knowledge of food safety and quality control procedures.

What We Offer:

A competitive remuneration package between $73,500 - $80,000 and a dynamic work environment.
