Enterprise Sales Account Director

Oracle is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Professional to join our Retail team as an Enterprise Sales Account Director. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in the ANZ region.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key personnel in assigned customers and prospects.
- Develop and execute account plans, including financial targets and critical milestones.
- Lead the end-to-end sales process, engaging Pre-Sales, Consulting, and Partner resources as needed.
- Define and drive the implementation of sales and marketing campaigns.
- Understand the competitive landscape and customer needs to effectively position Oracle Retail solutions.
- Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to hit and surpass goals consistently.
- Engage with prospects to position Oracle solutions through strategic value-based selling, business case definition, ROI analysis, references, and analyst data.
- Generate short-term results while maintaining a long-term perspective to maximize overall revenue generation.
- Accurate quarterly forecasting and revenue delivery.
