
Sales and Partnership Developer

We're a dynamic team of automotive enthusiasts who thrive on delivering exceptional sales experiences.
We're expanding, and we're looking for a seasoned sales professional to join us in Sydney.
The Mission:You'll be part of a high-performing team that's disrupting the traditional way vehicles are auctioned.
You'll build strong relationships with sellers and collectors locally and internationally, developing long-lasting partnerships through exceptional service.
The Key Responsibilities:- Be a dedicated point of contact throughout the auction process.
- Communicate effectively with clients to foster long-term repeat business.
- Analyse industry trends to make informed decisions on market values and determine competitive market reserves.
- Manage the full consignment process, including administrative tasks and photography arrangements.
- Continuously work to expand your network and bring in new business opportunities.
- Utilize Salesforce to manage consignments and customers from prospecting through to auction close.
- Participate in external events to enhance brand awareness.
- Prior experience within a sales-based role, with a proven track record of delivering against revenue goals.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently to source and close sales.
- Adaptable and open-minded, with a willingness to evolve and grow with the company.
- Skilled at negotiating sale terms with customers.
- Commercially astute yet customer-focused in approach.
- Confident telephone manner and ability to achieve high call volumes.
- Ability to research and absorb information quickly.
- Attention to detail and investigative approach.
- Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, such as Salesforce.
- Fluency in Mandarin is desired.
- 25 days' annual leave plus an additional day after two years' tenure.
