Job Overview

Seeking a highly motivated and strategic professional with experience in retail, sales partnerships, and brand development.

You will support the growth and expansion of non-supplier brands by creating and implementing shopper engagement campaigns that drive full-funnel results.

Main Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth by identifying and converting new business opportunities.
  • Build creative media solutions to bring brands to life in retail environments.
  • Take ownership of end-to-end campaign delivery and implement strategies to improve sell-through.
  • Support preferred supplier relationships to oversee logistics and execution of pop-up campaigns.
  • Contribute to the review and optimisation of media inventory and packaging strategies.
  • Ensure efficient campaign delivery and client satisfaction.

About You

Strategic thinker with a passion for retail media and campaign management. Proven track record in managing successful media campaigns. Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Customer-centric approach ensures prompt challenge resolution and project momentum.

Candidate Requirements

  • Proven experience in media sales, retail marketing, shopping centre or category/partnerships roles within luxury, retail, or media/experiential agency environments.
  • Strong understanding of media channel planning, inventory, and commercialisation management strategies.
  • Creative thinker who can piece together a brand's attributes into an exceptional media plan.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using CRM and reporting tools to manage pipelines, track campaign performance, and inform sales strategy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in presenting to internal and external stakeholders.
