E-commerce Role Overview

We're seeking a commercially-driven professional to spearhead new revenue opportunities through licensing, partnerships, and direct-to-consumer sales.

  • Manage and grow e-commerce platforms, driving sales through targeted digital marketing and social media strategies.
  • Explore and develop strategic brand collaborations to generate new revenue streams.
  • Work closely with leadership on licensing business development, assisting in negotiating and securing IP agreements.
  • Cultivate and manage commercial partnerships through competitions and social media collaborations.
  • Oversee product selection, merchandising, and inventory management for a seamless customer experience.
  • Work with marketing, editorial, and design teams to create and implement strategies aligning with brand identity and objectives.
  • Forecast and report on all revenue streams, including licensing, affiliate, and e-commerce.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to leverage assets for growth.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in brand management, licensing, and/or e-commerce.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and affiliate marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of licensing agreement processes and commercial partnership management.
  • E-commerce platform experience and direct-to-consumer sales expertise.
  • Strong project management skills with multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with sales forecasting and reporting experience.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
