Job Title: Commercial Lead - Revenue Operations

The role of a Commercial Lead - Revenue Operations is a senior position within our business, responsible for overseeing revenue accounting functions.

This includes ensuring accurate and timely reporting, maintaining compliance with relevant accounting standards, and implementing process improvements to drive efficiency and automation.

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Revenue Accounting Expertise: In-depth knowledge of revenue accounting principles, including lease and contract accounting
  • Team Leadership: Proven ability to lead and mentor high-performing teams, fostering collaboration and efficiency
  • Process Improvement: Strong analytical skills to identify opportunities for streamlining revenue operations and driving automation

To be considered for this role, applicants should have:

  • Proven experience in revenue accounting, lease/contract accounting, or financial reporting
  • Previous leadership experience in an accounts receivable team, preferably in a high-volume, complex environment
  • Australian work rights (citizenship or permanent residency) are required for this position
