Job Opportunity

The role of Senior Agile Coach is a key position in driving organizational change and growth through the adoption of Agile principles and practices.

  • Lead Transformation: Drive Agile transformations across multiple projects, guiding project teams to embed Agile ways of working.
  • Develop High-Performing Teams: Establish and maintain high-performing Agile Teams by fostering collaboration, trust, and continuous improvement while maintaining delivery focus.
  • Agile Metrics and Reporting: Provide expert guidance on Agile metrics and reporting, utilizing data to drive transparency and improve flow.

For this 12-month contract, we seek an experienced Agile Coach with a proven track record of driving transformative change. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of Agile frameworks and practices, as well as strong facilitation and coaching skills.

This contract offers hybrid flexibility (1-2 days in office) with a rolling day rate basis. The role is based in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.
