About the Role

Our Fund Solution team at Corporation Service Company is seeking a highly skilled Fund Accounting Specialist to provide professional services to our clients. This role will be working with a team of professional staff to provide fund services to our clients.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage clients' portfolios to provide hedge and private equity funds administration services, including facilitating NAV calculations, capital calls, and distributions, preparing financial information and schedules for audit purposes, and reviewing draft audit accounts and resolving audit issues.
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality client service and compliance with group policies, procedures, and practices.
  • Proactively manage and develop client relationships, conducting meetings as appropriate.
  • Maintain a high degree of accuracy and consistency in the execution of reporting.
  • Interact with clients and key stakeholders, including legal counsel, auditors, and tax advisors.

Your Profile

  • Degree holder or above in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 1 year's experience in fund accounting and administration or corporate accounting field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome and will be considered for the Assistant Fund Accountant role.
  • Member of a professional body will be an advantage.
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, with conversational Mandarin.
  • Good team player, independent, pro-active, attentive to details, self-motivated, keen to learn, and able to adapt to new challenges with excellent communication skills.
