Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Business Relationship Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.

Your role will involve utilizing your effective relationship-building skills to support current and potential clients. You will have experience in the disability sector and an understanding of NDIS processes, as well as the ability to read through and analyze patient plans to ensure that individual needs are met successfully.

You will work closely with the Senior Business Manager to support the business in various factors, including CRM, communication creation, and more.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in the disability sector
  • Understanding of NDIS processes
  • Effective relationship-building skills
  • Superior written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to conduct stakeholder meetings and data analysis

In addition to these requirements, you must hold or be willing to obtain a Working with Children Check and NDIS Workers Screen Check, as well as meet vaccination mandates.
