Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Client Relationship Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to our merchant partners and sales team, while also collaborating closely with other departments across the business.

You will be responsible for managing merchant queries, setting up new retailers in our systems, and maintaining information for our existing retailer database. Additionally, you will work closely with other departments to reach required outcomes and set up promotions and campaigns as directed by the business.

This is a fast-paced role that will give you the opportunity to build the foundations for a career in sales and account management. You will thrive in an environment that values positive customer experience, excellent interpersonal skills, and a willingness to learn.
