
Business Development Leader for Australia

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team and drive business growth in Australia. This key role will involve developing and executing strategies to penetrate new markets, expand existing customer relationships, and achieve significant revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a deep understanding of the bulk liquid industry and its logistics. They will possess excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to analyze complex market trends and seize opportunities.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer relationships.
- Identify and capitalize on business opportunities, leveraging industry knowledge and market insights.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and partners.
- Cultivate a high-performing team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure optimal performance.
- Negotiate and manage trade terms, ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer needs.
- Manage inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock mix and effective supply chain management.
- Monitor and optimize accounts receivable and payments from customers, minimizing risks and maximizing cash flow.
- A University degree, preferably in Engineering, Marketing, or Business Management.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in sales and business development, with a proven track record of success in the bulk liquid industry.
- Excellent sales, marketing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and ability to think strategically.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a global team.
