Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the local customer service and technical team to ensure efficient delivery of compressor servicing for customers
  • Providing day-to-day project management to ensure positive delivery of project outcomes
  • Managing financials for the branch service operation
  • Inspiring and motivating your staff
  • Supervising service and warranty administration
  • Developing and growing the branch service business

About You

You will thrive in this role if you are a confident leader who enjoys getting the best out of your people. You are hands-on, results-focused, and take pride in being across all your operational KPIs for service delivery.

Experience in a manufacturing or trade business will be beneficial, as will experience in a sales and service environment. It goes without saying that you have a passion for ensuring a great customer experience every time.

To be successful, you'll bring:

  • Experience working in a phone-based customer service or branch environment
  • Ability to monitor spare parts inventory levels and supervise stocktakes
  • Good admin and computer skills, with ability to prepare reports using MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience managing budgets and expense reports
  • Ability to maximise incoming sales opportunities

Salary: The estimated annual salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 AUD, depending on experience.
