Salary: AU$60,000 - AU$80,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

About the Role:

Our Mackay Branch is seeking an Agricultural Parts Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role will involve providing sales and parts interpretation support to customers and workshop employees, preparing and ordering parts, presenting exceptional merchandising standards, and performing inventory control and stock take.

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing expert advice on agricultural machinery parts to customers and workshop employees
  • Preparing and processing parts orders efficiently and effectively
  • Maintaining high-quality merchandising standards in our stores
  • Performing regular inventory counts and reporting any discrepancies

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in a trade or retail environment
  • Maturity, positivity, and excellent work ethic
  • Excellent customer service and professional presentation skills
  • Intermediate MS Office skills and ability to learn parts interpretation software
