Facilities Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Centre Manager to oversee our properties across the country, providing long and short-term accommodation for members, places of work, and centres for ministry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating guest bookings, meeting room lettings, and hospitality services, ensuring all areas of the property are safe and well-maintained. They will liaise with other team members to stay up-to-date on maintenance tasks, AC servicing, and fire safety testing.

About the Role:

• Coordinating guest accommodations, meeting room bookings, and hospitality services
• Maintaining property safety and cleanliness standards
• Liaising with Support Services Team Leader and other team members
• Ensuring compliance with AC servicing and fire safety regulations

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years experience in facilities management or hospitality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
