Sleep Apnea Specialist

This role is ideal for a proactive professional dedicated to delivering exceptional service in obstructive sleep apnea management.

• Serve as the initial point of contact for both new and existing clients.
• Engage clients through various channels, including in-person, phone, and email communications.
• Offer guidance on CPAP equipment, setup, and ongoing service requirements.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and service providers.
• Promote and upsell our product range and services.
• Maintain and sterilize clinic equipment.
• Maintain inventory and process clinic orders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert advice on CPAP therapy and sleep medicine disciplines.
• Manage sleep apnea treatments at our Mackay clinic.
• Deliver exceptional customer care and enhance customer experience.

• Previous experience in a retail, healthcare, or sales environment.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Independent clinic management capability.
• Broad experience with customer service across all stages of customer interaction.
• Proficiency with Google Suite applications.
• Keen interest in CPAP therapy and sleep medicine disciplines.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.

• A competitive salary of AU$85,000 - AU$95,000 per annum, plus superannuation and employee benefits.
