About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to combine your strong customer service and administration skills in a meaningful role. You'll be the first point of contact for patients and pharmacists, providing professional and compassionate support while keeping operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Phone based patient support using discussion guides to manage patient queries

  • Inbound call assistance for a range of patients, specialists, nurses and pharmacists

  • Accurate reporting and reconciliation of pharmacovigilance reports

  • Data management using internal Healthcare Mgmt System & MS Office suite

  • Preparing mail packs

  • General administration

What we're looking for:

  • Proven customer service experience (phone-based preferred)
  • Professional phone manner and excellent communication skills
  • Experience in healthcare or allied industries (advantageous)
  • Strong MS Word and Excel skills (intermediate or above)
  • Process driven with exceptional organisation, accuracy and attention to detail
  • Team player with a proactive, positive approach

The details

  • Join us part-time (min days) or full-time (5 days)
  • Hybrid options available. Sydney CBD office + WFH
  • Casual contract with the possibility to transition to permanent
  • Start date: ASAP
