- Supporting person-centred plans that identify a customer's life goals;
- Ensuring positive behaviour support plans are followed;
- Administration duties, expense and mandatory reports.
Requirements:
- Experience with Dementia Awareness, Epilepsy and Midazolam;
- Extensive experience in supporting customers with behavioural support plans;
- Previous experience with manual handling and medication administration;
- Significant personal care and domestic duties experience;
- Ability to manage complex or difficult situations as they arise with patience and maturity;
- Cert III in Disability, Individual Support or higher is essential;
- Willingness to use your fully insured and registered, private vehicle (aligned with Upper South Metro's motor vehicle allowance rebate).
