Job Title: Lead Infrastructure Coordinator
We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the construction of a critical road infrastructure project. As Lead Infrastructure Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing annual works budgets and programs.
About the Role:
- Manage a team of professionals in the construction of a major road project.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage detailed project plans and schedules.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Lead and manage a diverse team of experts to achieve project goals.
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies to ensure project success.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in senior management roles, preferably in infrastructure or construction.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
- Award-winning leadership skills and ability to inspire high-performing teams.
- Solid commitment to delivering high-quality results and achieving project milestones.
What We Offer:
- An initial 2-year performance-based contract.
