Job Title: Infrastructure Operations Manager

As an Infrastructure Operations Manager, you will oversee the core operations at WA Oil. You will lead a team of supervisors and linesmen responsible for maintaining the 11kV and 22kV overhead distribution network.

This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety standards. You will conduct audits and inspections to verify work quality and promote a strong safety culture.

The successful candidate will be focused on long-term goals and outcomes. They will align project outcomes with organizational priorities and work closely with upper management or other stakeholders.

You will develop and oversee project budgets and timelines. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

The Infrastructure Operations Manager coordinates with leadership, clients, or external partners & subcontractors. Manage communication between departments or large teams.

Handle escalated issues and define solutions to challenges. Take responsibility for decision-making during critical moments.

Prepare reports for stakeholders or senior leadership that highlight progress, concerns, successes, or deficits.
