Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Director to lead our Major Infrastructure Projects team in delivering key development projects that will improve healthcare infrastructure for all Western Australians.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating project planning and development activities, working within a multi-faceted project governance environment to manage and provide support and expertise in the development of detailed design and project management documentation.

  • Provide strategic leadership to the Project Manager(s)
  • Lead project planning and detailed project management
  • Engage with stakeholders and manage consultations
  • Undertake reviews and coordinate the flow of information on design drawings in line with the WA Health system requirements
  • Ensure onsite presence to assist with coordination of site activities

Our ideal candidate has a strong background in project management, particularly in the health infrastructure sector. They must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and mitigate project risks
